With the traffic light system, you determine from which creditworthiness index or score value onwards a warning is issued. Through individual customization, automated actions can be triggered in NAV when certain conditions occur, e.g. delivery block etc.
Planned Revisionpermanent order
The Planned Revision solution is an automatic retrieval of an updated report within a specified period of time. The prerequisite for activating Planned Revision is a previously obtained credit report. Planned Revision is a standing order and is suitable if you need an updated snapshot of the company at regular intervals. This will allow you to assess whether the company's situation has changed or not. The following update frequencies are available: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
Information fittingfor every need
Credit Solution stores credit reports in four different ways simultaneously in Dynamics:
Text entry: the traditional form - easily usable via texteditor.
PDF: The perfectly laid out presentation of the data in the form of a synopsis, which is often 10 pages or more for large companies
Fields & symbols (traffic lights etc.): Direct in contact, customer, vendor and report entry. Sensible selection from existing information, directly visible, structured and filterable.
Individually extractable from XML: All information in structured form (often over 100 features with their characteristics), for automated further processing.
